Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item purchased within the last 30 days, please contact us at info@neukstudio.co.uk for return instructions.

Return Conditions:

• Our products are printed to order, so returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged in transit. We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Please check the fabric length upon receipt and before cutting, as cut fabrics cannot be returned.

Product Characteristics:

Due to our printing techniques and the natural fibres used, some variations may occur, such as minor inconsistencies in dye coverage or colours. These are considered part of the product’s natural characteristics and are not classified as faults. We recommend ordering samples to ensure satisfaction before purchasing.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds cover the purchase price only; shipping costs (both to and from you) are not refundable.
• We are not responsible for items lost in transit during returns, even if using our courier service. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier if applicable.
