Shipping policy

Delivery:

Customers will be required to pay for the shipment of all their orders. The cost of delivery is a separate cost added automatically onto the total amount.

Our delivery costs are a flat rate which have been calculated by the weight and size of the item, plus tracking. We have calculated our shipping based on current delivery rates, however, these rates are subject to change due to the courier’s price lists at the time of shipping, therefore, occasionally there maybe be discrepancies. If there are any changes in prices, we will be sure to either refund/invoice you the difference. (Please note: We use a variety of delivery and courier companies to deliver.)

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in the UK, and up to 11 days for International delivery. If you need your items sooner please contact us on: info@neukstudio.co.uk and we will try to help.

Please note: All fabric orders of 1 metre and more are printed to order. We aim to have the fabrics printed and shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow the lead time of 3weeks minimum for all print to order fabric orders to be completed. If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be available.

All goods are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged you should sign for as such upon delivery and contact: info@neukstudio.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence of the damage.
